Job summary

Aqilea is seeking an AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer to build internal tools for marketing teams and scale our platform with AI capabilities. You will work across the stack, ship features to production, and influence how the team evolves as it grows, using tools like Claude Code and Copilot.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years shipping products, strong React/Python skills, SQL proficiency, and a practical mindset for AI-assisted development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of shipping real products as a full-stack developer.
• Built and deployed web applications end-to-end.
• Comfortable with relational databases and schema changes.
• Uses AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) as accelerators.
• Reads AI-generated code critically and documents work.
• Proactive in asking questions and maintaining products.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from stakeholder talks to live deployment.
• Work across the full stack and integrate AI capabilities into product surfaces.

Claude Code and similar agentic tools will be a core part of how we design, write, and ship software — every day. We move fast, we ship to production, and we're looking for someone who wants to work that way too.

Requirements

Mandatory

• You're a solid full-stack developer with 3-5 years of shipping real products.
• You've built and deployed web applications end-to-end
• You're comfortable with relational databases and take schema changes seriously
• You use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator
• You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong
• You ask questions early and document what you build
• You maintain the products you build
