Job summary

H&M Creative Studios is hiring an AI Creative responsible for producing high-quality product imagery using generative AI and enhancement tools. You will align outputs with brand direction, visual standards, and responsible AI principles, collaborating closely with production teams to deliver consistent, top-quality imagery at scale.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with AI-based image production and robust node-based workflows, plus strong visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for creative image production, demonstrated via portfolio or projects.
• Ability to build and refine complex node-based workflows with good tool judgment.
• Understanding of composition and visual storytelling within brand guidelines and briefs.
• Experience from a creative environment such as photography, design, content production, retouching, art direction, or styling.
• Ability to work efficiently within structured workflows, targets, and deadlines.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools, technologies, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance product imagery and creative still life using AI generation and enhancement tools, aligned with brand direction and briefs.
• Maintain high visual quality and accuracy within established workflows and brand standards.
• Meet production targets by working efficiently toward set timelines and deadlines.
• Test, evaluate, and implement new AI tools and scalable AI-enabled workflows for imagery production.
• Collaborate with creative and production colleagues to deliver high-quality outputs.
