Job summary

Qmatic is seeking a Fullstack Software Developer focused on backend development to help modernize Orchestra, the core platform for customer journey management. You will design scalable APIs, work with Java, Spring, and JavaScript/TypeScript, and apply AI-driven approaches to next-gen solutions.

Join a team delivering high-availability services across on-prem and cloud deployments, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs.
• This role requires strong knowledge of service-oriented and distributed architectures.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GC).
• Exposure to AI development tools and AI engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive development of core platform/APIs for orchestration and integrations.
• Develop services with high availability, low latency, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues (3rd line).
• Improve system reliability, security, and performance.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products and workflows.
