About the Role

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for taking AI/ML models to MVP status. This is a hands-on role combining research, development, deployment, and collaboration with our R&D team to deliver value in a resource-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models from prototype to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and deliver value quickly
• Build and maintain ML pipelines, APIs, and user-facing components
• Implement best practices in DevOps and containerized deployments
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML and contribute to innovative solutions

Skills & Experience

• Strong programming skills: Python (including packaging); experience with Rust and JavaScript/front-end solutions is a plus
• Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization, REST API
• Workflow & orchestration: MLFlow, Airflow, Windmill
• Data & ML platforms: Hopsworks, Palantir Foundry
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, scikit-learn
• Experience with ML architectures: GMM, HMM, LSTM, Transformers, CNN, RNN
• Experience working in DevOps environments
