Avy in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on operator to scale the Avy Agent OS. You’ll own rollouts end to end, design procedures, structure knowledge, configure tools and debug when an agent misbehaves, delivering real results for customers.

You’ve built or configured real LLM-powered workflows, led projects with external clients, and can break problems down to fixes. Swedish and English fluency is required; Finnish or Danish is a plus. Office in central Stockholm.

• Rollouts end to end from scoping to go-live and beyond as the customer’s main contact.

Put AI agents to work at the Nordics' largest property companies

Avy is building the AI operating system for the property industry. The Avy Agent OS runs AI agents that do real operational work. They follow procedures, use tools and resolve cases from start to finish.

Our first agent, Davy, handles customer support. At one customer, it cut inbound email by 70%, phone calls by 50% and case volume by 33%.

We're looking for someone to take our agents to more customers, make them better with every rollout, and help build the agents that come next.

The Agent OS

The Agent OS is the shared foundation all our agents run on. It's a layered stack built on each customer's own property hierarchy, residents and contracts. You'll work mostly in its vertical layers: procedures, knowledge and tools.

Davy is the first agent. Next come agents for move-outs, repair follow-up and other high-volume processes.

What Davy does

• For tenants: It resolves requests in the tenant's own language and turns vague fault reports into well-qualified cases. When a human is needed, it hands over. It works in the app, on the web and over email, and voice is coming.
• For support staff: It works inside our case management solution, where it triages, routes and handles cases so people can focus on the work that needs a human.

What you'll own

• Rollouts, end to end. You'll take each rollout from scoping to go-live and beyond, as the customer's main contact.
• The agent itself. You'll design procedures, structure knowledge, configure tools, and debug when an agent gets something wrong.
• Results in numbers. You'll keep improving live customers and show the impact.
• How we deliver AI. You'll own the method, the playbooks and the priorities.
• What we build next. You'll feed what you learn back to our AI product team and engineers, and design new agents with them.

About you

• You've built or configured something real with LLMs, ideally agents that use tools or run workflows, and you can show it.
• You've led projects with external customers and can hold scope and expectations.
• You break problems down and fix what you can yourself.
• You're fluent in Swedish and English (most of our customers are Swedish). Finnish or Danish is a plus.
• You want real responsibility early. We're open on seniority.
