OpenAI is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI deployments, translating business goals into technical plans and coordinating across FDEs, Researchers, and Customer Engineers.

Based in Stockholm with a hybrid model (3 days in office) and relocation assistance, the role requires 7+ years of customer-facing delivery leadership, travel up to 50%, and a proven track record delivering AI/LLM systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex customer engagements with AI involved.
• Ability to navigate high ambiguity and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience mapping customer workflows, constraints, and architectures.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM systems and understanding production pitfalls.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution and keep progress unblocked.
• Embed with customer teams to land deployments and drive adoption.
• Partner with Product and Research to land components on time and to spec.
• Codify reusable patterns and field signals to inform product roadmaps.
• Own value cases, ROI, and KPI measurement pre-/post-deployment.
