Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited seeks a UX / Service Designer to lead the design of an AI Assistant for Experts, an AI-powered support solution for OEMs. You will create intuitive, trusted experiences for internal experts, dealers and technicians to access information, improve troubleshooting, and receive AI-powered recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong UX design experience from problem framing to concepts, prototypes and validated decisions.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and user-centered methods.
• Experience designing complex workflows for expert users or operational environments.
• Strong service design capability including journey mapping and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience collecting user insights and validating concepts.
• Experience defining interaction patterns, information structures and user flows for digital products.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and service design from concept to MVP and beyond.
• Structure design work across current state and MVP experience.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear design direction.
• Define and prioritize MVP use cases for experts and dealers.
• Shape core interaction patterns for the AI assistant.
• Define answer structures for AI-generated responses and how to handle sources and uncertainty.
• Design experiences that build trust and enable action on AI-generated support.
• Plan and execute user validation with internal experts, dealers and technicians.
• Capture insights and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Support cross-functional team in shaping scope and priorities.
