The Role

I am currently recruiting for a Team Lead / Agile Delivery Lead position with leading global client to lead a globally distributed team across Development, Support and Implementation. In this role you will focus on making processes leaner, strengthening collaboration and driving visible outcomes to build a self‑sufficient, accountable team across locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation & Coaching: Lead Scrum ceremonies with clear outcomes and coach teams on Agile ownership and self‑organization.
• Blocker Removal: Proactively remove delivery blockers, challenge inefficient processes and coordinate cross‑team dependencies.
• Progress Tracking: Improve collaboration across Product Owners and stakeholders while tracking progress through KPIs and dashboards.

What We Are Looking For

Required: Experience leading cross‑functional, globally distributed teams, improving delivery outcomes and using Agile/Scrum ways of working alongside Azure DevOps or Confluence.

Desirable: Experience in the sales domain or a higher education degree in a relevant field.
