Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with heavy vehicles, construction equipment or similar products.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in developing efficient service solutions.
• Structured, analytical way of working and good written/verbal communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve service and repair methods and instructions for aftermarket operations.
• Support product development projects with serviceability expertise.
• Plan and execute service procedure development and time studies.
