Job description

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to take responsibility for the company’s accounting and payroll administration. The role also includes supporting the company’s managers with HR administration, such as monitoring legislation and changes to collective agreements. You will also be responsible for financial reporting to authorities and act as the application owner for certain of our IT system tools. You will report to the company’s Chief Financial Officer. The position is based in Tyresö.

Key Qualifications

• a university degree or equivalent experience in accounting
• several years of experience as an Accounting Economist
• basic knowledge of payroll administration and collective agreements, as well as the rules and legislation relating to HR administration.
• experience in consolidated accounting and the K3 regulatory framework is an advantage
• experience in change management within digitalisation processes is highly advantageous
• a high level of IT maturity and experience in optimising business/finance systems
• experience of working in a manufacturing company
• strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
