Are you an experienced leader with a technical background who wants to help shape a modern production environment? As Head of Production Technology at ArtaPlast, you will play a key role in leading the Production Technology department. You will be responsible for driving the department forward, developing working methods, and creating the best conditions for an efficient and sustainable production.
You will lead the Production Technology department with full managerial responsibility for six employees. The department consists of staff specialising in automation and set‑up. It has a central role within the company and is responsible for ensuring the operation and optimisation of production equipment, including automation solutions and injection moulding machines. You will drive improvement and development projects within your area. You plan the daily work of your department in close collaboration with other departments in engineering and production. You also maintain broad contacts both internally and with external partners. You report to the Plant Manager, and the position is based in Tyresö.
