About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in their Nordic sales team. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and selling our consulting services, support solutions, and training within the Erlang/Elixir ecosystem. You will work with clients in industries such as fintech, telecom, media, and digital health, where high availability and performance are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with technical teams to create solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Represent Erlang Solutions at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

Your Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales within tech, IT, or consulting industries.
  • Comfortable managing complex deals, often with technical decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship builder and advisor to customers at all levels, from developers to C-suite executives.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Swedish is a plus.
  • A strong interest in technology and innovation is a plus.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma-awarding sales courses and weekly live lectures.

Additionally, you will have the chance to attend Sweden's largest sales event at the Oscar Theatre and a two-day on-site sales training in Stockholm to further develop your sales skills.
