This remote role involves building strategic relationships, collaborating with Customer Success, and driving sales initiatives. An Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to support and expand assigned customers across Dealfront’s existing customer base. In order to do this, the Account Manager needs to maintain knowledge of all products and services we offer.
This role is focused on assigned customers from the DACH region. The Account Manager will work closely with Customer Success to ensure customers progress on their journey with Dealfront. This is a remote position but you can choose to work (hybrid) from our office in Karlsruhe.
