The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you’ll take a key role in our sales team and have the chance to shape how companies across Sweden and Europe do business with the public sector. Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales process with new and existing customers — from prospecting to closing
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities using Tendium’s analytics and insights tools
• Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and influence product development
• Stay up to date on trends in public procurement, AI, and SaaS
• Contribute to the continued growth and culture of the team and company

Who You Are

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech
• Used to working independently and results-driven — you thrive on ownership and delivering against ambitious goals
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels of an organisation
• Curious about AI, digitalisation, and how technology can transform business
• Experience selling to the public sector is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in Swedish and highly proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Other European languages (B2+ level and above) is a plus
