Job summary
WSP in the Middle East is seeking an exceptional Technical Director - Water to provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and project delivery excellence across our Water business in the Middle East. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and will support projects across the GCC and wider region.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering.
- Master's degree preferred and professional accreditation.
- Extensive 15–20+ years in water infrastructure consultancy.
- Experience delivering major projects in Saudi Arabia and GCC.
Responsibilities
- Act as Technical Authority across water infrastructure disciplines.
- Provide strategic technical leadership for major water projects.
- Lead technical reviews, assurance, and governance across portfolios.
- Ensure designs meet international and local standards in the Middle East.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and digital engineering approaches.
- Mentor engineers and support workforce development.
- Lead or support major bids and client engagements.
