Job summary

A global technology leader in Kuwait is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and dispatch. The opportunity

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations during an assigned shift, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. Ensures accurate inventory control, site material preparation and timely coordination with logistics and project teams. Maintains compliance with safety standards, drives productivity, and ensures quality service to meet operational and customer requirements.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Team Leadership & People Management: Schedule staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, coach, and resolve conflicts.
  • Operational Efficiency and ensure smooth material flow, optimize resources, and track productivity KPIs and safety & Compliance and enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure PPE compliance.
  • Quality & Inventory Control and monitor quality standards, maintain accurate inventory, and resolve discrepancies and reporting & Administration and document shift outcomes, communicate handovers, and escalat[e] issues.
  • Continuous Improvement and identify process optimizations and engage staff in problem solving. Productivity and Items processed per hour, throughput vs target.
  • Quality and defect-free output, compliance with customer specs and safety and Incident rate, near-miss reports, compliance rate.
  • Inventory Accuracy cycle count accuracy, shrinkage levels and operational Downtime: Delays and material flow disruptions.
  • Cost Control Labor efficiency, overtime reduction, resource utilization.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
  • Diploma or higher; technical degree preferred.
  • 2 to 5+ years supervisory experience.

  • Proficiency with S4HANA SAP EWM systems and Lean methodologies.
  • Skilled in performance monitoring, data analysis, and MS Office tools.
  • Decisive, adaptable, and problem-solving oriented.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
