Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee Central Parts Warehouse operations in Jeddah or Riyadh, ensuring timely parts supply at optimal cost and safe operations. The role focuses on implementing Toyota Production System concepts, coordinating with Inventory, Sales, and ESSR as needed, and driving productivity across the warehouse.

Minimum qualifications include a B.S. in Engineering or Management and at least 6 years of experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Engineering or Management or equivalent discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a business managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in the Warehouse operation to ensure the continuous supply of parts at the targeted level by adhering to the process and procedures thereby improving business productivity.
• Coordinate with Inventory Department to ensure timely receiving and stock taking within approved procedures.
• Develop, control and monitor resources skill mix to absorb fluctuations in workload and harmonize flow of manpower, vehicles, parts and documents.
• Monitor section KPIs, set targets, and control operating costs in line with company policies.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent discipline
