Job summary

Midana Exploration Company (MEC) is seeking a senior executive to lead studies and projects to rapidly establish mining assets in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, the VP will drive scoping, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, and oversee JV ventures across remote sites while aligning with local partners and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years leading mineral exploration and large-scale mining projects.
• Proven track record delivering feasibility studies (Scoping, PFS, DFS).
• Extensive experience managing joint ventures and remote projects in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee scoping, prefeasibility, and feasibility studies to JORC standards.
• Lead target screening, economic analysis, resource modeling, metallurgical testing, and design workstreams.
• Manage selected JVs, ensure safety and efficient remote-site execution.
• Prepare technical reports and business cases for approvals and financing.
• Establish operational readiness plans and logistics for remote sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards.
