Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for the revenue from the Saudi Arabian market.
Shall be willing to travel across other cities in KSA.

Shall be able to work independently by coordinating with the manufacturing company based in Italy and Regional Office in Dubai, UAE.
Industry: Plumbing & HVAC product sales.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales & marketing experience in the Saudi Arabian market (in the same industry).
Languages: Well versed with Arabic & English (Arabic speaking nationals preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing insights into technical feasibility, challenges, and market opportunities.
- Technical Expertise and Solution Delivery: Provide in-depth technical support to developer representatives, design consultants, and contractors. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and troubleshooting support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and contractors. Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Pre‑Sales Support: Work closely with distributors during pre‑sales activities.atts identify customer needs, develop technical proposals, and support product selection.
- Post‑Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support after sales to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor offerings.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales) and external partners (distributors) to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation in mechanical and building services solutions.
- Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical sales with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and products. At least 4 to 5 years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market with existing contacts with developers, design consultants and contractors.
- Personal & Professional Attributes: Strong self‑initiative with the ability to work independently and proactively manage responsibilities. Results‑driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act decisively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Arabic‑speaking nationals preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems for building services, products, and their applications.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and deal‑closing capabilities.
- Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to clients.
