• Full ownership of customer engagements: scope, delivery, quality, and outcome
• Design of benchmark concepts, methodologies, and project setups
• Creation of proposals including scope, effort, and commercial structure
• End-to-end responsibility for in-time, in-budget, in-quality delivery
• Steering of engineers, data teams, and external execution partners
• Quality assurance across data, analytics, and reporting
• Translation of technical results into management-ready insights
• Relationship management with senior client stakeholders (CTO, Network, Engineering)
• Business follow-up: renewals, next cycles, and expansion opportunities
