Job Summary

The Technical Manager is a pivotal and practical leadership position, responsible for leading and implementing the technical department management strategy in the department, for managing facilities and supervising the technical and design aspects related to facilities and projects for facilities management, his role focuses on preparing and reviewing technical designs, providing innovative solutions, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives through the application of quality standards and technical development in line with the company's requirements, and achieving the economic and operational objectives of the facilities, including cost control and quality assurance and services in Time.

He will be responsible for creating and communicating clear goals to the technical department and team members while working with company executives to develop actionable business plans and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve technical designs and plans related to facilities.
  • Ensure that designs comply with national and international standards.
  • Providing innovative technical solutions to meet the needs of projects.
  • Develop long-term technical strategies to support the efficiency of facilities and projects.
  • Propose new techniques and methods to improve technical performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that the plans are implemented in line with the vision and objectives of the company.
  • Supervising the preparation of technical feasibility studies for facilities.
  • Assess and analyze project needs and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure innovative and effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications in the implementation of projects.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of designs and technical outputs to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to ensure the achievement of the technical objectives of the projects.
  • Develop relationships with academic and research institutions to apply best artistic practices.
  • Preparing periodic technical reports and submitting them to senior management.
  • Provide technical advice to management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Follow up on technical and engineering developments in the field of facilities management.
  • Proposing training and development for technical teams to enhance performance and innovation.
  • Monitor the performance of facilities from a technical point of view to ensure that outputs are implemented in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of the performance of operations and employees technically and provide reports on compliance with work requirements.
  • Identify and analyze performance gaps and propose solutions to improve future operations.
  • Train and guide internal teams to understand working conditions and best practices for their management.
  • Provide guidance on how to address technical issues in effective ways.
  • Build substantial internal (and external) relationships with stakeholders in order to meet broader business needs.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field).
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical fields related to facilities management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leading role in supervising artistic projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national and international standards related to designs and facilities.
  • Experience in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of technical project management systems and engineering innovations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Creative thinking and ability to solve technical problems effectively.
  • High communication skills to coordinate with other departments and report.
