You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver impactful solutions. A strong focus on code quality, testing, and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development.
• 2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead role.
• Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworks.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Mentoring and hands-on coding passion.
• Preferred Python knowledge for backend/AI/ML tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications.
• Be a hands-on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes.
• Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions.
• Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Architect full-stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate AI/ML features using Python (preferred).
• Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations.
