Overview

They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. The work involves continuous improvement and optimization of the managed services process, tools and services. The Tech Delivery Enablement Specialist supports project delivery lifecycles and enables tools and assets within PwC’s Technology Managed Services, including coordination, onboarding, documentation management, and deployment of reusable assets to improve operational efficiency and standardization.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery coordination and support: maintain project delivery plans, track milestones, manage resource profiles, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and collaborate with third-party vendors to fill capability gaps. Act as the SME for vendor Joint Business Reviews (JBRs).
  • Transition and asset management: coordinate onboarding activities post-contract, distribute onboarding kits and documentation, track readiness during transitions, research and evaluate new delivery tools, maintain standardized templates and documentation, and improve toolsets based on feedback.
  • Reporting and enablement: support updating delivery performance dashboards, prepare review materials for leadership, collaborate with analytics teams, maintain knowledge repositories, conduct training sessions, and promote consistent use of reusable delivery assets.
  • Transition & Mobilization: coordinate onboarding activities post-contract award, including knowledge transfer and team mobilization tasks; distribute and maintain onboarding kits, SOPs, and project startup documentation; track readiness and flag risks or delays during transition phases.
  • Asset & Tool Management: research new delivery tools, gather pricing, lead evaluations, provide findings to leadership; curate and upkeep standardized templates, trackers, dashboards, and playbooks; manage documentation version control and accessibility; gather feedback from engagements to improve toolsets and frameworks.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: update delivery performance dashboards and governance trackers with project data; assist in preparing delivery review materials for Monthly/Quarterly Service Reviews and leadership reporting; collaborate with data analytics teams to integrate reporting sources when needed.
  • Knowledge & Enablement: maintain internal repositories for delivery enablement assets and knowledge articles; conduct training or onboarding sessions on tools, frameworks, and delivery standards; promote consistency in the use of reusable assets across projects.
Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience

  • Exposure to agile delivery environments, managed services, or consulting projects.
  • Experience with service transition, project coordination, reporting, and tracking.

Technical & Delivery Knowledge

  • Understanding of cloud, cyber, AES, digital workplace, and ITSM.
  • Experience working with and managing relationships with third party vendors.
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies: Agile, ITIL, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
Minimum years experience required
  • Soft Skills: Strong English and Arabic reading and writing skills; strong communication, organization, and coordination skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple delivery support tasks; comfortable collaborating across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or PMP are advantageous.
  • Experience in knowledge management, content governance, or delivery tool configuration is a plus.
