Job summary

A leading digital transformation partner in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Executive to oversee various recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will manage offer letters, coordinate pre-employment checks and day-one onboarding, and support audits while ensuring compliance. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in HR and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. This role offers the opportunity to influence the recruitment process in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Generate offer letter as per country requirement using translation tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Communicate candidate rejections effectively.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding requirements for new employees.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis of candidate data.
  • Engage in direct candidate outreach.
  • Support internal/external audit management.
  • Resolve queries from candidates.
