Position Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the successful launch of new products within Lenovo's global supply chain. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end readiness, from planning and material coordination to manufacturing execution, ensuring every milestone is achieved. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide, you will play a critical role in bringing innovative products to market on time and with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new product supply chain launch management, ensuring time‑to‑market, time‑to‑volume, and time‑to‑quality targets are met.
  • Lead end‑to‑end supply chain readiness for new product introduction, including process setup and design.
  • Manage new product forecasting, planning, capacity coordination, and overall project execution.
  • Collaborate with quality teams to implement risk control and mitigation plans for smooth product launches.
  • Oversee material readiness across the entire supply chain and coordinate multi‑site new product launches across global locations.
  • Develop worldwide manufacturing build plans and supply commitments for pilot, ramp‑up, and smart launch phases.
  • Own supply chain readiness reviews, including key checkpoints such as pilot, ramp, OK2S, and SLE milestones.
  • Manage ODM copy tooling and HSG supply operations to support timely and efficient product launches.
  • Represent supply chain in corporate product committees and proactively manage project risks and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 25 years of experience in project management and new product introduction; mobile phone industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical or engineering background (e.g., tooling, mechanical, SMT).
  • Proven experience in planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with China‑based operations preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
