The Maintenance Services Technician II is responsible for performing line maintenance activities on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft-installed equipment to ensure optimum system performance, reliability, and serviceability. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and certifying avionics and cabin systems in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, maintenance procedures, and customer standards. The successful candidate will utilize technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and electronic test equipment to identify and resolve system issues, perform component replacements and functional testing, and support software and media loading activities. Working closely with airline customers and internal stakeholders, the Technician plays a key role in maintaining aircraft serviceability, minimizing operational disruptions, and supporting on-time aircraft departures. In addition to maintenance responsibilities, the role requires the accurate completion of maintenance documentation, inventory-related activities, and adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
