Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead coordination and vendor governance for the Film Studio asset. You will ensure compliant onboarding, contract coordination, and reliable service delivery across operations and activation requirements.

You will align asset-level procurement with centralized governance, manage RFQs and tenders, monitor vendor performance, and support commercial documentation with Legal and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Experience in operational assets, facilities, hospitality, entertainment, or other service-intensive environments preferred.
• Experience working within governance-driven procurement frameworks and vendor onboarding controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement coordination activities across operations, activation and project requirements for the Film Studio asset.
• Manage sourcing requests, RFQs, tendering, bid evaluations and commercial clarifications.
• Build and maintain an approved vendor ecosystem to support studio operations and services.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, qualification and compliance requirements with complete documentation.
• Support procurement planning aligned with activation milestones and service continuity needs.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLA adherence, responsiveness and overall service quality.
• Support contract administration and commercial documents with Legal and Finance teams.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, contract trackers and documentation repositories.
• Coordinate spend tracking, procurement reporting and supplier performance analysis for leadership review.
