Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in all feilds / Financial Mgmt / Business Administration.

• Support the development and review of organizational KPIs and performance indicators.
• Analyze performance gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning workshops, reviews, and performance meetings.
• Maintain and update strategic planning documentation, frameworks, and dashboards.
