Job summary

OSHCO is seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer for interior fit-out projects. You will originate, qualify, and convert opportunities with clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors, owning from first engagement to award and final account closure.

You will interpret drawings, bills of quantities, and scopes of work to translate requirements into costed, value-engineered solutions with design and estimation teams, ensuring variations and contract administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural/interior/mechanical engineering is required.
3–5 years of project sales experience in fit-out environments.
Experience originating and closing fit-out projects with end clients, consultants and main contractors.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop interior fit-out opportunities across the territory.
Build a qualified pipeline with end clients, developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Translate client requirements into costed technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with design and estimation teams on scope and value-engineering.
Ensure timely submissions, contract review, and adherence to policies.
Achieve annual sales targets and maintain accurate opportunity data.
