Job summary

CEPCO is hiring a Budgeting, Planning & Performance Analyst to join the Strategic Planning & Performance team. The role focuses on budgeting, business planning, financial analysis, and performance management to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of relevant experience, Oracle ERP proficiency, and fluency in English and Arabic; CFA or CMA is an advantage. Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Budgeting, Planning, and Performance Management.
• Oracle ERP experience is required.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets across departments and projects.
• Prepare financial and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and business performance.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP data.
