Job summary

Jobtailor in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Manager to develop annual plans, monitor KPI performance for delivery services, and lead local teams focused on training and development. You will ensure compliance, address emergencies, and oversee daily logistics operations at the station while collaborating with HR, Finance, Fleet, and Customer Service to optimize performance.

The role requires 2+ years in operations management, experience leading teams of 10+, and English/Arabic proficiency;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in logistics, supply chain, or management.
• 2+ years in operations management.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Cross-border e-commerce or Middle East market experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
