Job summary

JASARA PMC invites a Stakeholder Manager to lead relationships with communities, clients and other parties across our infrastructure projects in Jeddah. You will develop engagement strategies and ensure stakeholder interests, concerns and expectations are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, monitor feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or public relations, ideally within construction or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrable ability to create and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating discussions and negotiations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Saudi National preferred.
