Job description
Position Summary

Support & advise the Factory team in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) with a strong focus on implementing local legal requirements & Market‑level initiatives, including developing & driving site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents and incidents.

Key responsibilities
  • SHE Objective: Co‑ordinate the development and implementation of the Factory's / Project's SHE strategy & program. Ensure the achievement of SHE objectives. Monitor and communicate on performance.
  • SHE Compliance: Ensure that all legal requirements concerning SHE are fully implemented.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all SHE issues.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE, including NCE, TPM, LEAN, SHE‑PM & NMS.
  • Manage NIMS as a joint responsibility with Quality.
  • Develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).
  • SHE Standards: Implement, control, maintain and improve the SHE Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO45000 certification. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the SHE program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SHE pillar.
  • SHE Pillar: Provide coaching & support on shop floor, in order to achieve the SHE objectives and to ensure SHE becomes / remains every one’s responsibility. Ensure that SHE performance data is available and correctly managed. Promote the awareness of SHE.
  • SHE Routines: Champion the factory SHE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing, as well as ensuring a focus on BBS and culture.

  • NEBOSH International Certificate in S&H, or local equivalent
  • OHSAS 18001 – Internal Auditor
