Tas'Helat Marketing Co. (Fuel Stations Chain) in Riyadh invites an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on fuel-station projects, ensuring deliverables meet budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

You will develop scopes, plans, risk mitigations, and coordinate with design and construction partners, delivering regular progress updates to stakeholders and maintaining strict adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including fuel stations projects.
• PMP certificate preferred.
• Leadership and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong communication, able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prioritize time and workload.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams to ensure assigned projects are being completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs.
• Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
• Provide all needed communication between the stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for Stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
• Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
• Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.
