Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field merchandiser to maximize on-shelf presence across assigned OT outlets in Riyadh. You will work with the sales team to ensure SSFL products are well displayed, stock is fresh, and planograms are followed.

You will rotate stock using FIFO, report deviations, support sampling campaigns, and maintain professional appearance in line with the company's code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license.
• Service-level oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at various access points.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandised per planograms.
• Rotate products using FIFO and remove sub-standard items.
• Maintain clean, fresh stock of SSF products on shelves.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report deviations from agreed terms with OT customers.
• Provide daily activity updates to supervisor.
• Participate in sampling or redemption campaigns when required.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

• As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets
• served by the merchandiser.
• Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling
• sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf
• displays.
• Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately.
• In
• addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market
• information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
• Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
