Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandiser in Jeddah to maximize on-shelf presence across OT outlets. The role includes in-store sampling sessions and promotions, strict adherence to planograms, and reporting market information to the pre-seller for timely selling opportunities.

You will call on designated outlets, merchandize SSFL products, set up POS materials, rotate stock using FIFO, and monitor competitors. A professional appearance and PepsiCo code of conduct are required.

Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at access points, shelves and displays.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate products using FIFO and remove sub-standard stock.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock on shelves at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report deviations from agreed terms with OT customers/outlets.
• Provide daily activity reports to supervisor.
• Participate in sampling or redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior per PepsiCo code of conduct.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. In addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities.

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
• Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
