Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maximize on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser.
• Conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotions as required.
• Adhere to planograms for on-shelf and off-shelf displays.
• Report non-compliance or deviations to the pre-seller immediately.
• Supply the pre-seller with latest market information to capitalize on selling opportunities.
• Call on specific OT outlets per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products in targeted stations, shelf, stand and floor displays.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points merchandised per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customers/outlets.
• Report daily prior-day activities to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
