• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, identifying cost‑saving opportunities and addressing budget variances promptly.
