Job summary

NTT DATA in Riyadh is seeking a Solutions Architect to design end-to-end cloud, data, AI, and Generative AI solutions that meet complex business needs while aligning with architectural best practices, security, performance, and cost goals.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, evaluate options, produce high-level designs, and contribute to PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, and client demos, guiding delivery through the opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture skills with experience designing scalable, secure, highly available enterprise solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectures, including the Well-Architected Framework.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, integration, observability, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions and translating requirements into technical architectures.

• Strong consulting, business process, and presales capabilities with client-facing presentation skills.

Your day at NTT DATA

As a Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end cloud, data, AI, and Generative AI solutions that address complex business and technology requirements while aligning with architectural best practices, security standards, performance objectives, and cost optimization goals.

The Solutions Architect will collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, conduct discovery sessions and workshops, evaluate architecture options and trade-offs, and translate requirements into secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing solution architectures. The role is responsible for developing high-level and detailed designs across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, applications, data platforms, DevOps, and modernization initiatives, while developing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation approaches, and technology roadmaps.

You will handle a major role within presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), technical presentations, solution estimations, statement of work (SOW) development, client demonstrations, and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Security, Data, and Cloud Operations teams, the Solutions Architect will provide architectural leadership throughout the opportunity and delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful solution implementation, integration, security, resilience, operational efficiency, and business value realization.

Additionally, the role will contribute to cloud migration and modernization programs, digital transformation initiatives, cloud-native adoption, AI and Generative AI engagements, and the development of reusable architectures, service offerings, accelerators, and best practices, while mentoring team members and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, with proven experience designing scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectures, with a strong understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, integration, observability, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including the ability to identify practical AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Experience with enterprise cloud migration, modernization, application transformation, and digital transformation programs.
• Strong consulting and business process skills, with the ability to analyze client requirements, understand business processes, and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
• Strong presales experience, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, solution estimations, technical presentations, workshops, and client pitches.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong software development and systems integration knowledge, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand code-level and integration implications.
• Understanding of cloud economics, TCO, cost optimization, and ROI, with the ability to balance technical requirements with commercial considerations.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with enterprise and government clients in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams, and manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Preferred AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified AI Practitioner
