Job summary

Napco National is seeking a packing operator for on-site work in the Saudi Arabia, Makkah Region. The role involves performing packing under supervision, following operator instructions, and arranging finished goods on pallets, all while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.

Candidate will participate in toolbox talks and OH&S initiatives, engaging with multiple levels to support continuous improvement of the safety management system.

• Perform the packing process under the Operator & Lead Operator supervision.
• Follow the instructions of the Operator & Assistant Operator.
• Arrange the finished goods on the pallet.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
