Job summary

Asmacs Contracting Est. seeks an HSE professional to implement and monitor IMI's HSE requirements across assigned shipyard zones and projects in the Eastern Province.

You will conduct inspections, verify critical controls, and intervene to stop unsafe work while supporting supervisors and contractors to ensure compliance and incident prevention. The role requires 3–6 years in industrial safety, NEBOSH IGC preferred, with knowledge of PTW, LOTO, confined space, hot work, lifting and working at

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in industrial or construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of PTW, LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Lifting, and Working at Height procedures.
• NEBOSH IGC and/or OSHA IOSH certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE requirements across shipyard zones and projects.
• Conduct inspections, verify controls, and stop unsafe work.
• Monitor PTW and critical work controls; ensure permit accuracy.
• Deliver toolbox talks and on-site safety coaching.
• Maintain inspection records, observations, corrective actions and reports; support investigations.
