Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint (both on-premises and online) and a solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SharePoint environment, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, including both on-premises and online platforms.
  • Use your solid understanding of the Windows operating system to support SharePoint operations.
  • Manage SQL Server, ensuring efficient integration with SharePoint's backend.
  • Utilize advanced PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks.
  • Manage users and groups through Active Directory.
  • Apply knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and data encryption to enhance system integrity.
Experience and Skills
  • 2-4 years of hands‑on SharePoint administration experience, with a strong track record of planning and executing migrations and upgrades.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of overseeing SharePoint‑related projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non‑technical users.

Education and Certifications
