Responsibilities
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Complete the assigned milestones defined by the Individual Development Plan within the agreed timeframe.
  • Complete all the competency units assigned (Technical and Non-Technical).
  • Complete all the training request and pass the DSL exams within the agreed timeframe.
  • Self‑drive your own development plan.
  • Prepare and present the quarterly development (OJT, training, competency, and any additional assignment).
  • Complete a daily report on the ongoing development / OJT training or competency assignment.
  • Ability to learn multi‑discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic).
Function / Purpose
  • Contribute to ARM safety culture change initiatives so that they meet or exceed statutory safety requirements.
  • Maintain sufficient safety practices to ensure the wellbeing of all employees and customers.
  • Carry out all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy and procedures.
  • Be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE department.
Skills & Experience Required

Good communication and English skills are a prerequisite.
