Nesma & Partners is seeking a senior fabrication supervisor to lead workshop activities, oversee assembly and installation within the fabrication yard, and coordinate with subs contractors to ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong adherence to safety, quality standards, and effective leadership.

The candidate should have 10 years of related EPC experience and a high school/vocational diploma or equivalent.

Competenze

• 10 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.
• Experience in the EPC industry.

Mansioni

• Lead fabrication yard activities, including erection, fit-up and welding oversight.
• Oversee installation operations within the fabrication yard, such as piping installation.
• Coordinate interactions between fabrication, pre-fabrication and installation activities.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure seamless progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide accurate data for progress reports and manage workshop production and man-hours.
