Job summary

Master Works is seeking a Senior UX Research & Experience Consultant to lead user experience research, governance, and continuous improvement activities within the Digital Experience function. You will act as the principal UX expert supporting the Journeys & User Experience Department, reporting to the Department Manager.

You will plan and conduct UX research, perform UX audits, lead usability testing, analyze analytics, and produce actionable recommendations and roadmaps. Client Site Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UX research and discovery programs.
• Ability to conduct UX audits across digital platforms.
• Proven track record in planning and executing usability testing.
• Strong design and prototyping skills with Figma/FigJam.
• Experience with VOC listening and CX analytics.
• Experience governance and KPI-driven UX strategy.
