Job summary

Sinopec is urgently seeking an experienced Telecom QC Inspector to oversee quality control and inspections for critical telecom installations in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years total engineering and QA experience.
• At least 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Valid Saudi Aramco SAP Number and CBT clearance.
• Strong experience in telecom QC and infrastructure buildouts.
• Knowledge of SATIP, SAIC, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Experience with OSP and PDS installations.
• Knowledge of BICSI TDMM, NEC, and NESC.
• Ability to perform inspections with minimal supervision.
• Legal eligibility to work in Haradh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections for telecommunications infrastructure and installation activities in Haradh.
• Verify strict adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, SATIP, and SAIC protocols.
• Perform routine inspections on Outside Plant (OSP) and Premise Distribution Systems (PDS) deployments.
• Verify compliance with international telecom and electrical standards including BICSI-TDMM, NEC, and NESC.
• Review material inspection reports, equipment test certificates, and manufacturer compliance documents.
• Identify quality non-conformances, issue corrective action reports (CAR), and track issues to closure.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco inspection representatives for witness testing and sign-offs.
• Maintain up-to-date quality records and documentation for handover and audits.
• Execute quality duties independently with rigorous safety standards.
