Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced cybersecurity architect to lead end-to-end security for telecom environments, including 5G core, RAN, and cloud platforms. You will design robust security architectures and guide secure deployments across complex networks.

Required are 12+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in telecom, strong standards knowledge, and C-level stakeholder engagement. Travel to customer sites is expected, with fluency in English and French a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in Telecom security (4G/5G).
• Experience with security standards: GSMA, ENISA, ETSI, NIST.
• Strong architectural design and risk modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end security architectures for Cloud and Telecom environments.
• Implement security frameworks per 3GPP/GSMA/ETSI/NIST ISO 27001.
• Lead security assessments, risk mitigation, and threat modelling.
