A technology consulting firm in Dammam is seeking a Senior Techno Functional Oracle HCM Consultant. The role involves consultancy and support for HRMS modules, implementing systems, and training staff. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in Oracle HCM implementation, especially in the financial and private sectors. Consultancy and support of the HRMS modules by resolving user issues, collecting and managing business requirements, and updating the system accordingly.
Held responsibility for the implementation of new HRMS modules and system features following ABF methodology.
Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
Utilize Oracle tools (API, PL/SQL, Reports) and other relevant packages such as Discoverer.
Participate in ongoing development of HRMS modules, including Reports and Forms customization.
Assist in other Oracle functional or technical duties as required.
Coordinate with Oracle DBAs and System Administrators to resolve technical issues.
Implement and test suggestions/recommendations by Oracle in test environments and develop custom solutions.
Train non-technical staff (end users) and prepare documentation and user guides for implemented solutions.
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the Project Manager and Unit Manager.
Have knowledge of Data Conversion strategies and Standard Interfaces within Oracle HRMS.
Work with team members to drive ongoing implementations.
Complete Payroll Setup, including Key & Descriptive Flex Fields, creating elements, and supporting user training.
Implement Public Employee Self Services (ESS) for the public sector in KSA.
Write complex Fast Formulas.
Support the complete payroll cycle, including Pay Processing, Retro Pay, Costing, and GL transfer.
Create and link various earnings & deductions elements and write calculation rules using Oracle Fast Formula.
Set up and run OTL modules.
Map As-Is processes, understand user expectations for To-Be processes, prepare & obtain user approval for Functional Specifications, and map business requirements.
