Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Tech Control Facility Technician III to support AFCENT operations.

This field role demands hands-on maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of communications systems on customer sites in Saudi Arabia, with lead responsibilities and on-site training for customers. Required credentials include Security+ and CCNA routing/switching, with an Associates degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

Lead level hands-on work in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment.
Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems and exercise independent judgment.
Security+ and CCNA certifications required or equivalent.
DoW 8570.01-M certification requirement or SPIN-C/task order specifics may apply.

Responsibilities

Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and other components and equipment.
May serve as a team or task leader, coaching and reviewing the work of less-experienced professionals.
Lead level maintenance/troubleshooting of Tech Control Facility equipment.
Provide on-site training and customer support.
