Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a dedicated Operational Readiness Specialist to support planning, coordination and delivery of readiness activities for assigned assets and programmes. You will translate readiness requirements into practical plans, trackers and actions, coordinating across functions to ensure safe and timely transition from project delivery into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, project management or a related discipline.
• Certifications in project management, operational readiness, facilities management, HSE or risk management are preferred.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in operational readiness, operations, project delivery, asset activation or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational readiness plans, checklists, trackers and support documentation for assigned workstreams
• Coordinate readiness activities across operations, projects, facilities, technology, security, safety, commercial and other relevant functions
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions, and elevate items that may affect operational activation
• Support the review of designs, asset handover requirements, operating concepts, SOPs, staffing, training, OS&E and mobilisation plans
• Coordinate permit, license and regulatory readiness requirements with internal teams and relevant external parties
• Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, meeting packs, action logs and management updates
• Validate evidence of readiness and support inspections, testing, commissioning, rehearsals and operational trials
• Maintain document control and ensure readiness records are accurate, complete and traceable
• Facilitate workshops and follow up actions with workstream owners to achieve agreed completion dates
• Identify opportunities to improve readiness processes, templates and reporting practices
• Support lessons learned, post-opening reviews and the transition of outstanding actions into business-as-usual ownership
• Perform other operational readiness duties assigned by the line manager
